Zydacron is founded 22-11-2006 due to a MBO, separating the Telehealth Business from the company SCOTTY Group Austria, Graz.

Telehealth is defined as the second key market for SCOTTY.

Development of an innovative multipoint-server system: CareStation.Net

2004:
Merger of SCOTTY Group Austria, a video communication specialist for military and defense solutions, with Motion Media Ltd. Uk, a company specializing in videophones, with focus on Telehealth and Business solutions. Turnover at that time: 6000 videophones and set-top boxes.
Motion Media was founded in 1993, SCOTTY Group was founded in 1994.

1998:
Georg Weber joins SCOTTY Group Austria as CFO.
