BETAVISTA Operator Station

The BETAVISTA Operator Station is designed for video call processing and interactive Telehealth. It enables few Operators to service large numbers of clients with a higher quality of service!

The BETAVISTA Operator Station combines state of the art call center technology with an electronic patient record system PLUS video communication.

The Operator Station consists of a BETAVISTA Box, the Operator Software and the Z-Server Software including the central patient data base.

On average, one operator can handle up to 50 video calls a day, and the number of clients supported by one operator can be scaled from 1 to 200.


Face-to-face contact with your clients
Easily established video calls comfort and reassure your clients in situations when they need help. This virtual visit is an additional possibility to check on their health conditions and to avoid false alarms.


Vital data recordings always up to date
The results of vital data parameters measured by your clients at home are automatically transferred into a central database. Any authorized person can access your clients' health records. You can share them with an expert and discuss steps of treatment etc. An export functionality of vital data recordings is also given. Certain devices offer continuous monitoring during active video calls.


Initiate multipoint conferences
BETAVISTA enables you to hold meetings with up to 3 additional participants. Use the multipoint video conferences feature to invite family members in order to jointly discuss aspects of daily care, or invite a specialist to explain specific aspects of your clients condition.


Text messaging
You can transmit text messages, which your client will receive at home and read them on the TV screen. Use this message tool for example to send reminders or notifications, in case your client is not at home at the moment and cannot be reached.
