BETAVISTA Client Box

The BETAVISTA Client Box is a set-top box connected to your client's TV. It is easy to use especially for seniors and aged persons who are not familiar with computer technology.

It provides high quality video communication via their TV screen, easy to establish with a simple push on the call button of the table microphone.

Your clients feel safe and secure at home, since they can contact you whenever they feel the need, knowing that their vital parameters are continuously monitored.

Vital data measurement results
Depending on the medical device used, the measurement results are collected by the BETAVISTA Client box, using Bluetooth or Infrared Technology. A continuously growing range of medical devices can be used at home, helping to monitor diabetes, high risk pregnancies, COPD, apoplexia clients, etc.

Protocol of Calls
The call log displays all call activities. Incoming calls, calls during absence and dialled calls are clearly marked with distinctive colours. The call log menu can easily be accessed via a simple remote control with 4 navigation keys.

Messages
As soon as the client receives a new messages, the BETAVISTA box will permanently flash, until the client opens the menu. Instantly the new message will pop up. This tool can therefore be used for reminders and alerts.
