The CareStation.Net Operator Station is designed for video telephony call processing and interactive telehealth. It enables fewer operators to service larger numbers of contacts with a higher quality of service!

Only minimal training for the call centre operator is required, because even the most powerful functions of the operator software are just a click or two away. Automated operator actions and the use of large and clearly marked buttons simplify the user experience.

The Operator Station is designed for video contacts. Important critical contact information, priority, and the time spent waiting in the queue are displayed in the queue list, and help the operator to manage the waiting queue.

The Operator Station captures and displays critical data from a wide range of remote medical devices, this data being captured in form of videos, snapshots, text notes, allowing examination at any time.

The Operator Station is compatible with existing database solutions, but can also be used as a standalone system, operating using only the native CareStation.Net networked database.
